bowyourheadslow Shadow the Hedgehog (OU): Her preferred companion and partner in schemes. With the absence of her usual target of teasing, Rouge has taken to pestering her friend more and more to make up for the loss. Recently, she’s taken up relentlessly flirting with the uninterested hedgehog to see if something will come of it.

her_dying_wish Maria Robotnik (OU): Gossip buddy. Maria might be younger than Rouge by several years, but the bat still enjoys talking with her and teaming up with the girl to tease Shadow.

prinny_queen Etna (OU): After the initial surprise from their first chance meeting, Rouge has grown fond of talking with Etna. They share a lot of the same views on things, especially concerning the Warden, and claiming to be a ‘demon queen’ did help things some.

loyalpartner Kir (OU): She loves all the compliments the albatross gives. The fact that he’s also a fellow thief and gave her a gem definitely aided in her decision to keep in touch with him and remain friends.

viera_lead Baltha (OU): It always surprises her how much Baltha is willing to talk about her home world along with the trust the Viera seems to have placed in Rouge. She enjoys their occasional talks, even if she grow disinterested in some of the topic choices.


Negative
anuttyprincess Sally Acorn (OU): The two may not have had a real conversation in months, but first impressions can last. Rouge still harbors a small amount of annoyance towards the squirrel for her slight involvement in a squabble Rouge had with Knuckles (OU).


Other
riceball_tohuru Tohru Honda (OU): For the most part, she’s indifferent to Tohru. It annoyed her when she realized the girl liked Shadow, too, but with how useful, friendly, and uninterested in the hedgehog Tohru’s been, it’s evened out any ill feelings.

blue_wind_hero Sonic the Hedgehog (AU): She’s not sure what to make of him yet. He irritates her sometimes and she finds him useful in combat situations, otherwise she finds him to be incompetent. Usually she avoids working with him, deciding to leave it up to Shadow on whether or not to include this Sonic in on any projects they might be working on.

exiledcore Alexandra (OU): The two have some things in commons, but a few disputes (particularly over what species Rouge would be considered) have deterred any friendship that might’ve been formed.
